Tenielle Miles is a highly experienced multi-disciplinary building services design drafter with over 15 years’ experience specialising in this field and a further 10 years’ experience within the building and construction industry. She graduated at the top of her class from Southbank Institute of Technology in 2007 with a Diploma on Interior Technology and again in 2012 from QUT with a Bachelor of Design (Architecture Studies).

 

Tenielle has exceptional attention to detail and is highly client focused. She strives to over deliver and exceed expectations on a daily basis. Tenielle believes that communication is key and she has developed exceptional skills to ensure that all requests are 100% understood and catered for.  

 

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with roles varying from Senior Electrical Engineer, Principal Engineer to Engineering Manager, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. With a proven track record in leading electrical engineering teams, setting design and documentation standards, and managing complex projects. His experience spans the full spectrum of project phases, from design and estimation to commissioning and maintenance.

His project portfolio includes standout achievements like the Reef HQ Townsville upgrade, where he led the design and engineering support for a critical electrical infrastructure replacement, and the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge, where he managed detailed coordination and upskilled the BIM team. Additionally, his collaborative efforts with other business branches to enhance company-wide engineering capabilities showcase his strategic vision, earning him industry awards and recognition.
